Hiring Process: Face to Face Interview, online test

Preferred Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.TECH – Any Stream / M.C.A/ M.E. / M.TECH - Any Stream

Desired Candidate profile

• Excellent Academic record with good WRITTEN VERBAL skills.
• Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Good Visualization & Thinking Skills.
• Enthusiastic learner and a self-driven person.
• Candidates with no arrears and should have scored at least 60% of marks.

CTC: 2.25 Lacs per annum

Agreement Period: Employee must be in the organization for a period of 24 months else they have to pay an amount of Rs.75000 /- to the organization.

INTERVIEW LEVELS OF SCREENING:

• Level 1 - On line English Language Test
• Level 2 - Technical Evaluation

Note: The Levels of Screening might change as per the Client Requirement and the same will be intimated to all Candidates before the start of the Placement Drive. The Company decision is final.
